The Mighty RB 26 turbo straight six is finally back. Back in the late 2017 our sources hinted that Nissan is going to bring back it's legendary engine back into production.
The Engine powered three generations of the mighty Skyline GT-R series. The R32 Godzilla first hosted the potent performer, followed by the R33 and the R34.




The engine is part of a planed production line called "Nismo Heritage program" and is just a line on a large list of parts that Nissan has promised to bring back for a second life.


When

So far Nismo states that the parts will be available for purchase as early as the 1st of April 2019. At first these parts will only be available through local dealers in Japan but we assume that it will not take long before they get distributed in the states too !
